Saul Millan (b.1994) is a Composer, Multi Instrumentalist and Artist from the Bordertown of Ambos Nogales.
With attention to site specific performances, Millan's improvisation driven works create spaces of reflection for performers and audiences alike. Creating at the intersection of sound, installation, assemblage and print media, Saul makes works inspired by music culture, nationalism, humor, language and colonization; Themes that have shaped our collective aural memory. Often using trash as material for installation, assemblage, Readymade sculpture and collage, Millan "Samples" objects hidden in our surroundings, re-orchestrating their meaning through analog and digital transformation.

Since 2022, Millan has presented his work at Museo de Arte de Sonora (MUSAS) (Hermosillo, Sonora), Universidad Autonoma Metropolitana-Casa Rafael Galvan (Cuidad de Mexico), Phoenix Art Museum (Phoenix, AZ), Palabra Collective (Phoenix, AZ), Xico (Phoenix, AZ),Modified Arts (Phoenix, AZ) and CALA Alliance (Phoenix, AZ). Currently Saul lives and works in Phoenix, Arizona, performs music with Los Esplifs and Se Habla Español, Co-Curates for the Artist Collective A.M.O at Volumen Gallery, and serves as Assistant Curator for CALA Alliance.
